Scholarship Scheme |

| The Society offers, annually, a scholarship
award to encourage promising players at all levels and
especially those with limited resources. The award is for use towards the
cost of tuition by attendance at an approved course (eg Edinburgh
International Harp Festival) or for private lessons. Application forms and further
details can be had from branches, teachers or the Administrators,
with whom applications must be lodged by 1 November each year. Applicants
must be member of The Clarsach Society.
The value of the award will be fixed by the Society's Music Committee but is likely to be 12 x £22.50 (the current monthly harp rental). |
